Book I · The Homeworld

Pressure, ecology and social fault lines converge around a problem only an ocean civilization could face. The novel is built to make the Thalassari compelling before external contact alters their view of themselves.

Book II · The Upper Ocean

A dispute over depth and destiny drives technology and political change. Migration, public signaling and the scientifically dangerous upper ocean redraw the civilization’s sense of the possible.

Book III · The Horizon

The transition through the surface and toward orbit forces a new understanding of life, identity and responsibility. A wider universe may become visible, but the Thalassari earn their future through their own choices.
