Book IV — The Second Comet / Public Act Architecture
Act I — The Departure: coordinated Europagrade withdrawal and the appearance of a rendezvous body.
Act II — Civilization Revealed: the migration architecture exposes complementary civilizational functions across the three morphotypes.
Act III — Europa and the Long Memory: the route returns toward Europa and opens a deeper view of living memory and environmental infrastructure.
Act IV — Beyond Sol: the Second Comet carries the civilization outward into interstellar space. Detailed chapter reveals remain controlled.
Book V — The Galactic Current / Public Act Architecture
Act I — Quarantine: the Second Comet is intercepted as a biological hazard because no conventional crew can be found.
Act II — Recognition: Narian science and Aieron observation confront civilization without a single body or speaker.
Act III — Consent and the Worlds of the Current: the Europagrades face the difference between ability to help and authority to intervene.
Act IV — A Seat Without a Throne: a wider galactic political order must consider distributed personhood without forcing human-style institutions onto it.
Spoiler boundary: the exact Book IV comet-travel mechanism and extrasolar consent event, and the Book V recognition test, internal dissent, Dark Current crisis, and final council representation remain intentionally withheld.
