Pitch Treatment
The Stargate television branch is best treated as a franchise hub rather than a single sequel premise. The underlying dramatic engine is unusually durable: a gate opens, a world answers, and the cost of contact grows larger than the mission briefing. The strongest version of this hub does not simply continue one team’s adventures. It asks what happens when decades of secret exploration become too large to hide, too valuable to abandon, and too dangerous to place under one command structure.
The framework begins from institutional pressure. Earth has accumulated alien alliances, ancient technologies, off-world obligations, and enemies who understand the gate system better than human governments do. The old secrecy model is cracking. Military leaders want security. Scientists want discovery. Civilian governments want accountability. Off-world partners want respect rather than covert extraction. The gate network becomes less like a classified device and more like unstable diplomatic infrastructure connecting civilizations with incompatible histories, weapons, and myths.
The hub can support multiple branches: SG-1 continuation seasons, Atlantis expedition fallout, Destiny’s unfinished mission, next-generation gate command, and coalition-focused alliance stories. Each branch can stand alone while still belonging to a unified streaming architecture. The strongest conflicts are not just alien attacks. They are situations where rescue, disclosure, alliance, technology, and survival point in different directions.
This page preserves the local links because the folder itself is the development library. The public-facing pitch should emphasize structure, stakes, character dynamics, and branch potential while keeping the rights boundary explicit. This is not authorized franchise material and does not claim authorization, affiliation, endorsement, ownership, transfer, or sale of the underlying third-party IP. It is a controlled development map showing how the concept could support prestige science fiction, military adventure, diplomatic drama, and mythological mystery inside one coherent television architecture.
Universe Architecture
Each branch must test the world’s rules, not merely reference prior lore.
The strongest version follows people forced to inherit consequences they did not create.
This hub stays at public-summary level until authorized development exists.
